I anxiously awaited my video call with Dr. Echo. He listened carefully, then asked me several questions including what I had tried in the past. Next, he shared his thoughts about the origin of my pain and what would be my best option. He took the time to answer all my questions and helped me decide what I should do next. Both Dr. Echo's nurse practitioner and the check-in nurse were very thorough. I never felt rushed. I am thankful that at last, I finally have hope that I may get relief from this debilitating pain.

I'm only one day post op, so proof is still in the pudding, but I could not have had a better experience. Dr. Echo, his staff, and everyone with whom we interacted at Houston Methodist was professional and personable. We were well taken care of.
